I have experience in and offer a range of services to individuals, couples, families and organisations. These include:

-
Psychological therapy to individuals, couples and families
-
Supervision for other clinicians
-
Consultation to organisations involved in helping or supporting those with mental health problems
-
Training on topics related to psychologically-informed care, mental health and mental wellbeing
-
Advice, guidance and support to organisations related to staff stress management, mental wellbeing and resilience

All of these services are offered in person, and most can be provided online using secure, web-based platforms where appropriate.
Depending on a client's needs I may also offer therapy outside of a clinic setting - on a walk or in a suitable, confidential outdoor space - as some clients find 'side-by-side' sessions easier than 'face-to-face'. In exceptional circumstances home visits may also be possible. Please contact me to discuss if any of these options apply to you.

All contact with Great Bear Psychology Services is confidential, with the caveat that confidentiality may be broken if I believe that you or someone else is at risk of harm. Under these circumstances I have a Duty of Care to protect you and others, and this may mean that I have to share information with other parties. Where possible this would always be done with your consent, but there may be occasions when I may have to share information without prior consent.
